Our LED lighting products, auto-aging test was officially opened

In order to truly show the customers to buy the Lonyung product of value. Lonyung always give the top priority to product quality.LED lighting products ordered by the Division,automatic -aging test in mid-July 2012 after the Quality Department to test,and was officially opened at the end of July.The opening of the automatic-aging test will enable the stability of quality of our products to enhance a highly ,but also to strengthen the competitiveness of our products in China, Europe,United States,Canada,Australia,Japan and other high-end market.The automatic-aging test on the same product more than 12 hours.it keeps turning circle which will be LED lighting products to achieve the following test items:

1. High temperature aging test area:60°C high temperature test.

2. High and low impact test:low voltage:85V-1000V high voltage 240/265V in turning impact test.

3. High-pressure test of the power instantly:0V,240V,265V.

4. Automatic leakage detection.

5. Four districts:Zone 1(85V-100V test) ;Zone 2(160V-180V);Zone 3(240V-265V test);Zone 4(the atmospheric pressure area)

DLC News - The Solid-State Lighting QPL has fully transitioned to V5.1

As of July 1, 2022, the DLC has completed the transition to the newest version of the Solid-State Lighting (SSL) Technical Requirements (V5.1) – a policy designed to increase efficacy and improve quality of light and controllability of qualified fixtures and lamps. Any products that have not been updated to meet V5.1 requirements have been removed from the Qualified Products List (QPL).

DLC News-Changes Ahead: Transition to SSL V5.1 in 2022

The DLC’s Solid State Lighting Technical Requirements Version 5.1 (SSL V5.1) aims to boost the lighting quality of products on the DLC’s Qualified Products List (QPL). Performance data on attributes such as color and discomfort glare based on light distribution are reported and available for QPL users to better distinguish characteristics needed for various installations.
